Adam Scherr is an American professional wrestler and former strongman. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Braun Strowman. In WWE, he is a one-time Universal Champion, a one-time WWE Intercontinental Champion and a two-time WWE Raw Tag Team Champion.

Strowman has headlined many pay-per-view events. He holds the record for most eliminations in a single Elimination Chamber match with five, tied for first with Brock Lesnar for the most eliminations in a single Royal Rumble match with 13, most eliminations in a single Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal with 14, and is tied for the most eliminations in a single Survivor Series elimination match with four. Upon debuting on the main roster, Strowman was associated with the villainous stable The Wyatt Family, wearing a black sheep mask and being physically dominant. Throughout his appearances with WWE, Strowman has been portrayed as an unstoppable monster, earning the moniker "The Monster Among Men"

Scherr signed a contract with the professional wrestling promotion WWE in early 2013 and was assigned to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, where he adopted the ring name Braun Stowman (with the first name a reference to Milwaukee Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun).In 2014, he made appearances as one of Adam Rose's "Rosebuds" in his Exotic Express gimmick. He made his professional wrestling debut at an NXT live event in Jacksonville, Florida on December 19, 2014, defeating Chad Gable. On June 2, 2015, Stowman appeared at a Main Event taping in a dark match, where he defeated an unidentified wrestler.
Even though he was still a member of the SmackDown roster, Strowman made an appearance on a Raw Underground segment on the September 14 episode of Raw. On the September 21 episode of Raw, Braun defeated Dabba-Kato on Raw Underground, thus giving Dabba-Kato his first loss in Raw Underground.

As part of the 2020 Draft in October, Strowman was drafted to the Raw brand. On Raw, Strowman would enter a brief feud with Keith Lee. Strowman and Lee fought on the October 5 episode of Raw in a Exhibition Match however both men were counted out after Strowman sent Lee through a barricade. The two then had a rematch on the October 19 episode of Raw, where Strowman picked up the win after low blowing Lee, further cementing his heel turn. On the November 2 episode of Raw, Strowman would qualify for the Raw men's team at Survivor Series after defeating Lee and Sheamus in a triple threat. At Survivor Series, Strowman would go on to eliminate Otis and help Team Raw pick up the win. The following night on Raw, Strowman would be indefinitely suspended after headbutting WWE Official, Adam Pearce.
